We are now accepting patients ages 18 to 70 years old and have availbility within 1-2 business days. We are in network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Connecticare, United Healthcare and Oxford. We offer super bills all other insurance products. Please note all initial intakes require the first visit to be in person at our Rocky Hill Location.
