About Us

Kelly Krupa Prior MSN APRN PMHNP-BC Owner/Administator

Kelly comes from a professional nursing career consisting of working within psychiatry throughout its different delivery areas- emergency room crisis, inpatient units, community outreach, case management and outpatient settings. She has special interest in working with mothers, health care professionals, and late diagnosis of neurodiverence. She brings a commitment to integration of coping skills, medication management, and integrative medicine.

When not treating patients, you can find her at the beach with a novel in hand. Or anywhere with a novel in hand. Or at a bookstore. However, she is not reliable to know where she put her reading glasses down.

‘‘I heard someone say once that many of us only seem able to find heaven by backing away from hell. And while the place that I’ve arrived at in my life may not precisely be everyone’s idea of heavenly, I could swear sometimes — I hear angels sing.”

Staci Hite MSN APRN PMHNP-BC

With more than 25 years in nursing, Staci brings experience, grit, and heart to every patient encounter. She began her career as an LPN and has never stopped learning, most recently graduating with her MSN from the University of Saint Joseph, where she was honored with the Clinical Excellence Award.

Her background spans case management, emergency medicine, developmental disabilities, and psychiatric care, giving her a well-rounded, real-world understanding of how complex and layered people’s stories can be. She has a deep passion for serving special populations, including veterans, proudly informed by her own experience as a veteran.

Patients often describe Staci’s style as warm, direct, and refreshingly human. She believes competence builds trust, but connection builds healing. She meets patients where they are with clinical expertise, practical strategies, and just enough sass to keep it real. When she’s not caring for others, Staci can often be found near the ocean—because she firmly believes she needs salt water to stay sane.

Madeline(Maddi)Dawson BSN RN, PMHNP Preceptee

Maddi began her career as a wardrobe stylist in NYC and the Fashion Editor of Inked Magazine in 2013. After feeling unfulfilled by working in the fashion industry, Maddi made a 180 degree pivot and pursued nursing, driven by a desire to connect and help people going through their most difficult moments. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Hartford Hospital in the Emergency Department and as a Clinical Nurse Leader in the ED Observation Unit during her bedside nursing career, where her passion for learning about mental health and neurodivergence were reinforced. She may not work in fashion anymore but she still loves fun clothes and experimenting with hair colors. Maddi believes that supporting one’s mental health is key to overall wellness and provides care with empathy, humor, and a holistic lens. When not caring for patients, Maddi can be found at any mid-2000s emo band show (it was never a phase), traveling, or experimenting with gluten-free baking.
